Simply choose a size, and click on the ‘Add to basket’ button. You can carry on browsing our site and add other products to your order, until you are ready to pay. Our payment process is hosted on a secure server, so your credit card details are safe. We will send you notification of your order by email.
By Telephone

By Post
Please post order to Carry Me Home, 2.9 kingly Court, Carnaby Street, London, W1B5PW, UK. Please include delivery and receipt address, if different, and payment.
Payment
We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, JCB, Switch, Maestro & Solo, American express.
Please make cheques payable to carry me home and write your name and address on reverse.
Delivery
We endeavour to deliver all orders within 7-10 days; however as many of the products in carry me home are hand made to order, please allow extra time to receive your delivery.
All items are delivered by royal mail and will require a signature upon receipt, please give a delivery address where someone can sign for the package.
All orders will be sent in secure postal boxes or strong padded envelopes, all care will be taken to guarantee safe arrival of your order.

We are happy to exchange or refund any item of your order if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return the item for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.
How to Return or Exchange
Please return your purchase to us unworn and in the original condition you received it from us, with all the tags intact.
Please enclose a note listing the items you are returning, the reason you are returning it, and what you would like in exchange or refund.
We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Goods are returned to carry me home at your own expense, however we will send your exchange back out to you by Recorded Delivery at no extra charge.
You will receive your refund credit, cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible.
Please note that we are unable to refund an item without a receipt and that the refund will only be given to the original payer.
Terms and Conditions on Returns
Returning any item from carry me home within 14 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Items are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 14 day post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods carry me home will give you a full refund of the amount you paid for the items (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must however, return the goods to carry me home in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Your statutory rights on returns are considerably enhanced by all of this.
